Our covers and mats are made in our factory in Onet-le-Château, in Aveyron. We produce items for major automotive and motorhome brands across a wide range of models. We are able to manufacture cover sets for more than 18,000 vehicles, from the 1970s to today.

Our expertise allows us to design seat and bench covers for all Pilote motorhome models and finishes. The renowned French brand offers a wide variety of models, and like Pilote, Bancarel meets customer needs by creating covers that reflect their style.

Our pattern-making team works closely with brands and motorhome dealers to take measurements directly from the latest models and versions available on the market. This ensures that our customers benefit from Pilote motorhome covers compatible with all models and finishes to date. Every technical detail and innovation introduced in new Pilote motorhomes is taken into account: extended benches, improved seating, and more.

Our customers receive custom-made covers with exact seat dimensions. They can personalize them according to the available ranges. For the motorhome Pilote Galaxy 641, you can choose a Rio custom-made cover with various color options to enhance the wood finish, or the Ibiza custom-made cover with its textured dual-material fabric for your Pilote Pacific P 72.

Customers select their preferred covers, fabric types and colors to enhance their interior. Once their choices are confirmed, they can create a motorhome cover that truly reflects their style and expectations.

The quality of Pilote motorhome covers and floor mats is based on the careful selection of materials. Only the most durable and resistant fabrics are chosen. Motorhome covers undergo various tests, including abrasion and UV resistance, to meet both customer expectations and automotive standards. The goal is to deliver perfectly fitted, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing products. A safety system is integrated into the covers to allow airbag deployment in case of impact, thanks to seams that tear easily.

An installation guide is included with all custom-made seat and bench covers to help you install and remove them easily. With this support, you can also maintain your covers by machine washing at 30°C and air drying flat.
If you prefer not to install them yourself, our pattern makers can assist you by appointment at our factory in Onet-le-Château. Your vehicle will be immobilized for a day. In the meantime, you can explore the Aveyron region using the courtesy vehicle provided.
