Delivery and shipping costs in France

We are committed to shipping your package in the 10J for pre-made items, such as accessories, universal covers, premium covers (except in case of out of stock).

For our custom made articles, the shipping time depends on several factors as the number of elements to dress, the seating template, the material of the fabric ... on average, we ship them within 20 working days.

In all cases, we are committed to shipping your package within 35 business days after the date of validation of your order (except fabric breaking, leave period ...). The date of validation of the order is the date of implementation.

Your order is considered validated when our technical team has all the information about your vehicle. You receive an email informing you that your order has passed in manufacturing status. From that moment, you can not cancel your order anymore.

For more convenience, we offer you different means of transport:

• TNT for delivery within 24 hours after shipping (excluding manufacturing time, only for metropolitan France and Unclean), with home delivery or in a Relais Parcel : Package 15 €

• Colissimo followed, home delivery: package 10 €.

•Colissimo withdrawal point, to send it to a withdrawal point near you: Package 10 €.

Delivery and port fees abroad

The shipping costs abroad are calculated according to the value of your cart.

Please note that according to the country of destination, you will be required to pay VAT and customs fees.
